The Spartan-12 Single and Dual Wave Soldering Machines deliver consistent, high-throughput through-hole soldering for modern electronics manufacturing environments. Designed for both lead and lead-free processes, the Spartan-12 outperforms hand soldering by improving repeatability, yield, and overall production efficiency. Single or dual wave soldering capability allows manufacturers to adapt to a wide range of board designs, while compatibility with VOC-free fluxes and a stainless steel foam fluxer support clean, compliant operation.
Advanced computer controls provide precise process management, including stored menus, data logging, and intelligent fault monitoring for reliable day-to-day performance. Dual preheaters with a heat tunnel and forced air convection ensure uniform thermal profiles across assemblies. For thermally unbalanced or thermally challenging boards that require longer preheat dwell time, Spartan Machines can be programmed to pause the conveyor in the preheat stage for up to 90 seconds before resuming standard speed, delivering optimal soldering results without sacrificing throughput.
